Red Sea Global has introduced a collection of exclusive wellness and lifestyle communities and a five-bedroom villa on its own private island
AMAALA Residences is opening a collection of luxury homes between the Hijaz mountains and the Red Sea, making sustainable luxury a reality

An architectural masterpiece on its own private island, penthouses with an Aegean palette, villas overlooking a nine-hole golf course. Sounds perfect, doesn't it?

Set between the Hijaz mountains and the Red Sea, AMAALA Residences, Red Sea Global’s (RSG) property brand for residential portfolio at AMAALA, has made this a reality.

The company has unveiled the first homes available to buy at the destination, introducing a collection of exclusive wellness and lifestyle communities and a five-bedroom villa on its own private island.

AMAALA Residences says this “offers a luxury living experience that seamlessly blends contemporary design with the region’s rich natural landscapes".

John Pagano, CEO at Red Sea Global

John Pagano, Group CEO at RSG, says: “Saudi Arabia is becoming a place that more and more people are proud to call home.

“Nestled between the Hijaz mountains and azure shores of the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia, AMAALA offers a new luxury wellness community that is setting the global standard for holistic living.”

The new homes outline a distinctive area of luxury living, opening up the opportunity to live in an emerging destination.

The destinations launch later in 2025 alongside the first resorts opening at Tripe Bay AMALA, the luxury development situated along the Red Sea coast.

Opening eyes to luxury

The first properties available to purchase include major hospitality brands, which feed into the company’s motto of healthy living and sustainability.

The Clinique La Prairie Residences have been designed by architect John Heah, who famously designed the Amanera Playa Grande resort in the Dominican Republic. Heah has designed 13 homes hidden throughout the natural oasis of the resort.

AMAALA says these homes blend privacy, luxury and medical-grade wellbeing and offer direct access to a health resort that has “nearly a century of expertise in living better and longer”.

Starting as a seaside restaurant and beach club in Mykonos in 2003, Nammos is now an iconic brand that is introducing Nammos Residences within the luxury complex.

Offering 20 luxurious and generously spaced apartments and penthouses, the company says the interior is inspired by the vivid blues and seagrass greens of the Aagean, and its artisan wool tiles “evoke the authentic Mykonian ambience of the Red Sea coast”.

Also listed are the Rosewood Residences, which will be on the market with 26 three-to-five bedroom villas designed by architect Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV).

Alongside these is the Rosewood Iconic Villa, an architectural masterpiece on its own private island connected by a natural bridge and only visible from the water.

Blending contemporary design with the natural landscape, the owners of these homes will benefit from world-class wellbeing programmes and personalised services.

Finally, the Andar Club Residences, part of the AMAALA collection of properties, offer three-to-six bedroom villas around a nine-hole signature golf course.

John says: “Residents will enjoy the use of the AMAALA Yacht Club and state-of-the-art marina, championship golf courses, elite wellness, fine dining, high-end retail, and premium healthcare – all while retaining exclusivity, privacy and peace of mind.”

Responsible development ethos

In January RSG revealed its first residential properties at The Red Sea destination Red Sea Residences.

According to RSG, every residence it builds is part of its ‘responsible development ethos’ - both The Red Sea and AMAALA Residences are powered by 100% renewable energy.

By 2040, RSG plans to achieve a 30% net conservation benefit for local ecosystems, which will be accomplished through enhancing biologically diverse habits such as mangroves, seagrass, corals and land vegetation.

This aims to promote biodiversity while contributing to carbon sequestration.

These new luxury homes are part of RSG’s vision to create sustainable living focused on well-being and holistic living.
